These photo was shot last year and the most amazing thing is, the groom and his friends are really great drinkers! It is the first time I see so many types of liquor in a wedding dinner! Below are some highlights of the day for the lovely couple and also their awesome heng tais and ji muis..

Aun & Fion’s Wedding Photography

The wedding dinner was held at Pearl Island, Penang one week before the actual wedding day at Langkawi. It was my first time shooting a wedding actual day at Pulau Langkawi. Special thanks to Aun, Fion and their friends Amylia and Agnes for all the arrangement that make me feel comfortable through out the whole session at Langkawi. Due to time constraints, I can just capture the happenings around their house during the event only but I wished I have more time at Langkawi for more portrait photos! Hopefully will get the chance in the future.

Ady & Shah’s Wedding Photography

It is great to have the opportunity to cover a Malay wedding again This is a simpler one compared to the previous assignment where includes ‘Akad Nikah’, this series is just the make up session and the luncheon ceremony. It was a great day for Ady & Shah and I am glad that I managed to capture some happy moments for them.

Eng Kok & Shirley Kwan’s Wedding

This is the last wedding assignment in the year of Ox. The wedding ceremony were held at Chenderong, Batu Gajah. It is not an usual city place and we get to see more green in the photos. I love the bride and bridesmaid group photos in the morning before the arrival of the groom. Both Eng Kok and Shirley have a very big family, Eng Kok has 7 brothers in their family which is amazing to me I am glad that all their family members, relatives and friends are so warm and friendly. I truly enjoy the whole session of shooting and I made some new friends as well, it is a perfect ending for the Ox year. Keep in touch and enjoy the photos!

#14 – Shirley is a great singer, she won a lot prizes in singing competition in the past. For me, this is so far the best bride performance!

KC Wong & Renix Ang’s Wedding

I get to know Renix through email about 6 months ago. She and her husband, KC Wong are based in Melaka but they would like to have their wedding day ceremony and dinner to be held at Renix hometown which is Penang. I never met them until the morning of their wedding day. I am glad that Renix is very friendly and photogenic as well. The funny part is KC don’t have many heng tai here since he travelled all the way from Melaka, therefore, Renix’s brother became his temporary heng tai and both of them played majority of the games such as eating wasabi biscuit, yoga and drink some weird drinks through out the day.

Cliff Tan & June Pang’s Wedding Day

It was a meaningful day for Cliff & June as well as me This is the first time I photograph a wedding on my birthday. Although it was a tiring 2 dinners and 1 wedding day shooting, the effort spent was not wasted at all as me and my partner, Keat managed to capture their ceremonies wonderfully. I have never seen such an ‘unique’ couple, both of them are so hilarious, they bring everyone joy and laughter through out the whole ceremony. These are some of the highlights of the day

Seng Fuh & Yi Chee’s Wedding Day

I have never met Seng Fuh & Yi Chee before their wedding day. We contacted a few months ago through email and phone calls, but I knew it is going to be a great shooting session. They put their trust on me, they like my photography approach and that makes me putting extra effort. I am very happy with the outcome, I love their wedding photos and I can say that this is one of the best photography sessions of the year. I hope they like their photos as much as I do
